By creating a retailer account with AvastEdition.com you will soon have access to the following benefits: A comprehensive retailer interface allowing you to register/edit your customers, to create orders for your customers and to follow the progress of yours and your customers' orders through your account. Discounts on public prices when you order. You pay for your orders at the discounted price and can then sell licences to your customers at the public price to achieve your sales margin. Faster order processing for your customers. Retailers' orders are processed within a few hours once payment has been received by bank card instead of being processed the following day (processing is carried out on the same day if the order has been placed before 5pm and has been paid for with a bank card.) Your invoices are always available to view in your retailer account and can be downloaded in pdf format. As an accredited AvastEdition.com retailer you benefit from direct and free Level II support from our technical support team to meet your customers' requirements. Level II support is not directly available for customers. Ordering as a retailer will be explained to you in detail in your retailer account. Request form for opening a retailer account:

Proof of company registration :	The document must be supplied in pdf format
Compulsory document proving the identity of your company or your business structure For France: Company registration certificate less than 6 months old For other countries: Company registration document or any other document that allows us to confirm the identity of your business structure. This document must be less than 6 months old. You can register your request now and supply proof at a later date. Your retailer account will not become active however until proof has been received and verified by our team.

Compulsory for companies located within the EU but outside of France to obtain an invoice without VAT included.
VAT exemption Please contact us so that we can configure your account manually. This will be carried out once you have supplied proof of your VAT status and will enable you to place orders using the VAT rate that is applicable for you.
